Mystic Hardware offers Remote & Onsite Business IT services. We have been servicing businesses since 2007 and offer a full range of IT Services. We have extensive knowledge and experience and have worked with hundreds of businesses from a wide range of different fields, included but not limited to Insurance, Medical, Construction, Law, Accounting and more. We offer a full suite of managed services for businesses giving us a unique position to be a one stop shop for all your IT related needs. Over the years we have been responsible for designing and installing full business networks, which includes running Ethernet Cable, terminating ends, installing patch panels and networking equipment to setting up Wi-Fi networks. We have state of the art Fluke equipment for testing and verifying cable runs. We have also been responsible for installing, managing and supporting servers and workstations (Desktops & Laptops). We are partnered with Dell, HP & Lenovo. Which allows us to offers a wide range of quality business products built to last, thus saving businesses money in repairs and downtime. Unlike other businesses we disclose our hourly rate right here for anyone to see without the need to contact us. Onsite Services: Our standard rate is $160.00 for the first hour and $125.00 for each additional hour. Remote Services: Our standard rate for all remote services is $125.00 per hour. **Please note that all Onsite Services are charged by the full hour. For example if a service technician spends 1 hour and 35 minutes at your business you will be billed for the full 2 hours. Managed Services: Our standard rate for managed services is $35.00 per device per month, billed at an annual rate. This service is provided remotely over a VPN. After hours and weekend service is available so there is no interruption during normal business hours. Many of our business clients use this service. It brings them piece of mind and it allows us to keeping everything updated and running effeciently. Which helps eliminate unnecessary downtime. Individual IT Services

Mystic Hardware offers Remote & Onsite Individual IT services. We have been servicing individuals since 2007 and offer a full range of IT Services. We have extensive knowledge and experience working on a wide range of computers, tablets, phones and other electronics, which makes us able to install and setup just about any electronic you might have. Our onsite service allows us to come to you and gives you peace of mind knowing that you do not have to unhook or transport your device to us.

The best part is you don’t even have to purchase the device from us. We have been installing & setting up computers and other electronic devices for individuals since we opened. We have a long list of electronics including but not limited to, security cameras, computers, tablets, phones, televisions, Roku, Firesticks, Apple TV and gaming consoles.

We are proud of the fact that we offer onsite one on one training for anyone who needs help learning how to use a device. We have taught thousands of people over the years how to use computers, tablets, phones and other devices.

Unlike other businesses we disclose our hourly rate right here for anyone to see without the need to contact us.

Onsite Services:

Our standard rate is $160.00 for the first hour and $125.00 for each additional hour.

Remote Services:

Our standard rate for all remote services is $125.00 per hour.

**Please note that all Onsite Services are charged by 1/2 hour. For example if a service technician spends 1 hour and 15 minutes at your home you will be billed for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Computer Cleanup (Removes viruses, remote access from scams targeting individuals financial/bank accounts) – $195.00
New Computer Setup – $195.00 (per computer)
Home Modem Setup – $140.00
Home Wi-Fi Setup – $140.00
